Complete Odor and Stain Remover

FAQs

Will This Product Bleach My Fabric?

No, it will not bleach any fabric. Complete is made with all natural ingredients, with it’s key ingredient being non-pathogenic bacteria.

How Do I Mix This Product?

Depending on the stain heavier dilution may be required. For small stains make a dilution ratio of 10 to 1, or 10 cups of warm water with 1 cup of Complete. For tougher stains use a dilution ratio of 5 to 1, or 5 cups of warm water with 1 cup of Complete. Make sure to only dilute what is needed because after the product is diluted the bacteria has only 7 days until it is no longer active.

Will This Remove Red Wine Stains?

Yes, it will and any other difficult stain. Complete not just removes stains, but the bacteria in it will actually eat away the stain. That means once the stain is gone it is completely gone. For tough stains mix 1 cup of Complete with 5 cups of warm water and completely saturate the stain. Then with the bottom of the bottle agitate the area, mixing the diluted product into the stain. After that cover the stain with a damp, white cloth and once again agitate the area. Leave the cloth on the stained area for 1 hour* and then let it air dry. If the stain is still present make sure the area is completely dry and repeat process.

*We don’t recommend leaving the carpet wet for more than 24 hours. If needed let the area completely dry and then apply a second application

What Is The Best Way To Clean Up Large Stains?

For large areas we recommend using Carpet Shampoo. If you don’t have an extractor, you can still use Complete. In a 1 Gallon Garden Sprayer mix 10 cups of warm water with 1 cup of Complete. Completely saturate the area with the product and if you can using the bottom of the bottle agitate the area. If there is a specific area that is heavily stained place a damp, white towel over the area. Proceed to step on the towel to help agitate the stain. Leave the towel for an hour* and then let air dry. If the stain is still present make sure the area is completely dry and then repeat the process a second time.

*We don’t recommend leaving the carpet wet for more than 24 hours. If needed let the area completely dry and then apply a second application

What If My Stain Isn't Listed On The Bottle?

Unfortunately because of space constraints we can’t list out all the stains that Complete can get rid of. As long as the stain is organic the Complete will completely remove it.

Speaking Of Which, What Is An Organic Stain?

An organic stain is anything that really isn’t made by man. Non-organic stains can be from certain types of inks and dyes (i.e. Sharpie). If you are uncertain if the Complete will work on your stain, give our Customer Service a call at 1.800.476.1608
