- Before using always test for color fastness by applying in a hidden area.
- Do not apply sanitizers or disinfectants on surface 6 hours before or after treatment with Grime Eater
This product is safe to the touch and non-corrosive, so don’t worry if it gets on your hands or clothes. Pretty cool, huh?
To Use: Shake well. First use a small amount on a small and inconspicuous area to test for color fastness. This is a concentrated product, which means you can mix it 3 to 1. For best results, make sure you mix with very warm water.
Example: Mix 3 cups very warm water with 1 cup Grime Eater.
Mix product into spray bottle or garden sprayer. Completely saturate grimey areas. Keep wet for at least 5 minutes. The longer the problem area stays wet, the better it will work. Next, using a coarse grill pad, scrub debris from surface, then rinse with water. For especially gunked-up grills a second application may be necessary.
Grease and Grime Cleanup
Pour or spray directly onto affected areas. When applying, Grime Eater needs to remain wet on the surface for 30 minutes to several hours depending on the amount of grime. This can be accomplished by laying damp towels on the area after applying Grime Eater. Keep area wet by applying warm water to towels every one or two hours.
Concrete and Asphalt
Use full strength (no dilution). Pour over problem spots making sure to cover the entire affected area and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Ensure area does not dry. Next, scrub with brush and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
RV Black Scuff Marks
Use full strength (no dilution). Apply generously to problem areas. Allow 15 - 20 minutes for product to work (if product drys it stops working) then lightly agitate with sponge or brush. Thoroughly rinse when done.
Splattered Bug Removal From Vehicles (Including Love Bugs)
Put two ounces of Grime Eater in a bucket of warm water. Wash car as you normally would, using a cloth or soft brush. Wash in the shade so that the Grime Eater does not dry too quickly. Rinse and Repeat as necessary. You can use at a dilution of 1 to 1 for heavily bug splattered areas!
