Concentrate Directions - Shake Well:

This product is 100% safe and won't hurt your family or pets, so feel free to mix it in any container. Just make sure you wash it after you're done. Easy, right?
*Before using always test for color fastness by applying in a hidden area.
*Do not apply sanitizers or disinfectants on surface 6 hours before or after treatment with Pet Odor & Stain Eliminator.
This is a concentrated product, which means you can mix it 10 to 1. For best results make sure you mix this with very warm water.
Example: Mix 1 cup Unique Complete with 5 to 10 cups of very warm water.
Once product has been diluted must be used within 7 days, so dilute the amount you will need.
On Carpet or Upholstery
1. Shake bottle well! The bacteria will naturally settle to the bottom.
2. Dilute the product (for heavier stains use 5:1 dilution, for lighter stains 10:1) if possible dilute using warm water.
3. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes if possible to allow the bacteria to multiply.
4. Saturate the stain, and lightly agitate with hand or brush for about 10-20 seconds.
5. Then cover stain with a warm, damp, clean, white towel (some of the stain will be drawn into the towel) and allow to sit on stain for 2-4 hours after that remove towel and allow to air dry.
On Clothing As A Prewash
1. Shake bottle.
2. Apply directly, without diluting, slightly agitate stain with finger, then place in a bowl or container of warm water and allow to soak for 1-2 hours, then wash as normal in washing machine.
On Clothing As An Instant Stain Remover
1. Shake bottle.
2. Dilute 3 parts warm water to 1 part POE and then allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
3. Then apply liberally to stain lightly agitate stain wait 1 minute and then use second application, stain should be gone.
On Concrete:
1. Shake bottle.
2. Dilute 10 parts warm water to 1 part POE and then allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
3. Heavily saturate stained or smelly area using a garden sprayer and then cover with a tarp or some covering to keep area wet,if available.
4. Use second application before area is dry to completely remove any residue.
On Stained Walls (Water Stains etc.)
1. Shake bottle.
2. Dilute 10 parts warm water to 1 part POE and then allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
3. Using sprayer saturate stained area and allow to air dry, use second application if needed.
Behind Baseboards (For Odor Problems)
1. Shake bottle.
2. Dilute 10 parts warm water to 1 part POE and then allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
3. Pour mixture along top of baseboard.
On Athletic Equipment Or Shoes
1. Shake bottle.
2. Dilute 5 parts warm water to 1 part POE and then allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
3. Saturate stained or smelly area and allow to air dry, use second application if needed.
On Mattress:
1. Shake bottle.
2. Dilute 5 parts warm water to 1 part POE and then allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes.
3. Saturate stained area so that product can seep down as deep as the stained area is, then cover with a warm damp white towel and allow to sit for 2-3 hours then remove and allow to air dry.
