Well folks like it or not it's that time again for snow, snow and more snow. Now many usually take this time to start their hibernation with hot cocoa and a good book. But what happens when you're kids are home for break and they've played with every toy in the house? Well no need to go out and buy more gifts before Christmas because we're here to help!

Make colored ice cubes and hide them around the yard, for a scavenger hunt.

  • When it's cold out (below 32 degrees) blow bubbles and watch them freeze.
  • In a spray bottle add food coloring to water and let your kids paint the snow.
For the birds, hollow out an orange and will it with seeds.
